Returns and Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with your OI products

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your OI products. However, if for some reason you are not, or if your OI products are damaged or faulty in any way, you may return them and we may either send you replacements or arrange a full refund.

We will accept returns, provided you send an email to [email protected] of your wish to return the products within 7 days after the date of your receipt of them.  If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products, that will mean you are totally satisfied with them.  The products must be in the same condition you received them in and in the original packaging/labelling.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

Cancelling your order before we have dispatched it

If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, please contact us immediately and provided production of and delivery of your products has not commenced we will cancel your order and arrange for a full refund. Please inform us in writing of your wish to cancel your order by emailing us at [email protected]. You will need to give us the order number you received in your confirmation email as well as your name and address.


Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving notification from you as set out above. 

Refunds are made to the credit card number or other payment account that you used to make the original purchase. Courier charges are not refundable.

Oi Cup

Please note that the Oi Cup is a personal hygiene medical device, and as a result used cups may not be returned or exchanged.
