Delivery Policy for online non-trade orders

We deliver products ordered on this site by customers who are not trade customers, to New Zealand addresses only and do not make deliveries to Private Bags or PO Box addresses.

You need to notify us immediately of a change to your delivery address.

We aim to have your product(s) to you within 10 working days from receipt of your order. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to comply with that time frame, it is a guideline only and we accept no liability should delivery take longer than 10 working days.

We can deliver product(s) either to the billing address associated with your payment or to an alternative address as specified in the delivery instructions you provide when you place your order.

Delivery will be made via standard post or by courier. The cost of delivery is additional to the cost of your product(s) and will be automatically added to your order at the payment stage. The cost of delivery may vary depending on the size of your product order.

Delivery of your product(s) shall be deemed to occur at the time your order is dispatched to you by mail from the warehouse. All risk of loss or damage in relation to your product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery (i.e. at the time of despatch).

Our Returns and Refund Policy will apply if you products do not reach you in satisfactory condition.
