Period.org donates products in the US and around the world to organizations who directly serve menstruators. They work to eradicate period poverty. Oi customers can opt in and purchase a product to go to support those in need. These are provided to Period.org to distribute.  

In September 2022, Oi provided over 50,000 tampons to an affiliate of Period.org
